-You can message your online life coach using our secure in-app messaging service. This will allow you to ask any questions about your workout routine or diet, send recorded exercise videos for feedback, or just to enhance accountability to ensure that you are as successful as possible.
-You can follow our recommended routines, schedule future workouts within the in-app calendar, or even create your own freestyle routine, whether they are traditional, circuit, interval, or even cardio sessions/workouts.
-You can utilize the easy-to-use in-app stopwatch and workout timer.
-You can log and analytically view progress graphs that highlight any information that this app tracks, to include: body weight, body fat, body part measurement, resting heart rate, dietary intake improvements over the course of months, calories burned, steps accumulated, etc.

HOW IT ALL WORKS:
Once you’ve decided that you’re ready to take the next step in your health and fitness journey, please click on the link below, scroll down, and then you can make your purchase. After that, you will receive two emails. The first email will give you simple instructions on how to download the app and sync up your FitBit, MyFitnessPal, Withings, or Apple iWatch. This second email will contain two forms that will need to be signed and sent back before we can begin training together.
Once you log in, you will have complete access to everything that you could need to get you started. You can begin to use the app as you would like right away, but you will not have a viewable workout routine or meal plan until after we receive your consultation form and any signed forms from the second email; we normally have your new workout routine and meal plan loaded within 24hrs. All in all, very little work will be required from you and we will pretty much jump straight into making progress immediately!
When you first open the app, you will be met with the dashboard tab. This will give you a rough overview of your daily dietary progress, if there is a workout scheduled for that day, and several charts that highlight the different types of progress that you've made (body weight, body fat, heart rate, steps, weight loss, before & after photos, and several more).
To find out more about how you are doing with your daily diet, you can view several charts tha show you how many calories/macro's you've consumed and how many are remaining. These charts sync up directly with where you log your food from your iWatch, FitBit, MyFitnessPal, and other 3rd party apps.
There are multiple charts that will highlight the progress that you've made over time, to include your caloric/macronutrient improvements. You can clearly see how many days where you've either missed or met your dietary goals over a predetermined amount of time.
The second tab will contain your custom workout routine and meal plan, along with any other random goals that your trainer may have set for you. The meal plan is easily viewable/downloadable from any device using this tab.
Once you tap on your workout routine, you will be able to easily follow the routine that has been created for you (there are various workouts: cardio, traditional weight lifting, circuits, and more), use the in-app timer, follow the in-app exercise demonstration videos, or even create your own workout if you would like to give it a shot!
Easily add workout data during or after your workout so that you are able to track your conditioning progress over time. Add sets/ reps for normal exercises, distance/duration/heart rate for cardio, and more.
The fourth tab, after the in-app calendar, is used for secure messaging directly to your trainer. We can discuss training/diet/lifestyle, share messages/attachments (documents & videos), set up video appointments, and more!
Each meal plan comes with 14 days of easy breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and even liquid recommendations. All calories, macronutrient, and micronutrient information is listed for every meal and each serving size.
Each plan comes with a straightforward shopping list that will allow you to check-off what ingredients you have and what you still need to pick up from the store. Completel cooking instructions are also provided for certain meals.
